A Positive You
I believe that a lot of other mental health symptoms such as depression and anxiety can be due to self-esteem. Individuals who have a healthier self-esteem generally have a more positive outlook on life. I have multiple techniques to address self-esteem, including some excellent handouts that will challenge you and your own personal thought process about your self-esteem. It is critical to work on self-esteem each day so that you can see your own value and self-worth.
