Depression effects millions of people worldwide every day. Depression can be extremely debilitating, leading to individuals not going to work and, in some instances, never getting out of bed. Depression is something that most people do not understand unless they have experienced it themselves. In working with depression, there are multiple techniques, books, and worksheets I like to provide to individuals so that they can begin to take control of their depression, instead of letting their depression control them.
